Returns

We feel pretty confident that you'll love your StyleMeister purchase, but in case you don't, you can send it back to us within 14 days from the shipping date, and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange or a store credit. All you need to do is email customer service at: holler@stylemeister.nyc

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return as we need this information to process your return. Please note we do not offer refunds.

We will inspect the item upon receipt before we issue an exchange or a store credit (the cost of the merchandise, and any taxes). We will notify you by email once your exchange/store credit has been processed. If the return is in its original condition, or it is indeed an error or a defective product, your exchange or store credit will be on its way shortly. However, if the product is not in its original condition, or found to not be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial store credit may be issued. 

Some products are exempt from returns such as sale items and gift cards. Undergarments (if any) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Please note and adhere to our product care instructions so we are able to offer you a store credit or exchange. 


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them, we will send a store credit to the gift giver.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Only in the case of a defective product being returned, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue an exchange at no additional cost. Should you choose to receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will not be included.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
